Japanese pensioners and crime!

A rather weird article on Independent Online Edition > Asia about how some Japanese pensioners are turning to crime. The story mentioned how one old man had been ejected from a store for reading the magazines, and came back with a chainsaw!!

We've been to Tokyo twice and certainly didn't see anything like this before!
