Time to learn to write games.. with XNA game development platform

Tom's Hardware, amongst many other sites, reported on Microsoft's new announcement of the XNA game development platform. The good news is that it's free, so anyone with some programming knowledge will be able to check this out for themselves.

Stevo and I have been talking about writing a game for ages.. perhaps it's time now to give this a shot!
